4.2. Credit Expiry

Credits purchased or earned through subscriptions are valid for 90 days from the date of acquisition, after which they will automatically expire.

4.3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices or the number of credits required for each tool at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

4.4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

5.1. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for subscription fees. To request a refund, please contact [email protected]. Upon refund, all your credits will be removed.

5.2. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without providing explicit reasons.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Service. You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

6.2. Temporary Storage

We do not permanently store any content you upload. Content is temporarily stored for processing and is automatically erased afterward. However, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from any content you upload.

6.3. Lawful Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Generated Content

All content generated by our tools is freely usable without any restrictions, including for commercial purposes.

7.2. Uploaded Content License

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with 14 days' notice.

We may add or remove tools from the Service with 14 days' notice.
